Terms & Conditions

Payment
A deposit of £150 will secure your booking; this is fully refundable for 30 days. I ask that you settle 50% of the booking fee 6 months prior to the date of your wedding, the balance is due 2 months before the wedding date. I will meet with you again 2 weeks before your wedding in order to agree requested photographs. My attendance at your wedding is dependent on our having this pre-wedding meeting and I reserve the right to cancel. I will write to you after the meeting to confirm the arrangements that we have made.

Cancellation
After 30 days from booking payments are not refundable. In the highly unlikely event that I cancel I will refund all your payments in full. My liability for compensation in the event of negligent cancellation is limited to the monies paid by you to me at the time of cancellation.

Blinking
We will retake a shot where we have seen a blink. Whilst it is impossible to guarantee to spot every blink, especially in group shots, technology does make it possible to 'open' eyes. We offer a 20% discount on the cost of such work. Each job needs to be quoted separately, charges start at £30.

Requested Photographs
I cannot be held responsible for lack of coverage caused by any member of the wedding party not being on time, or by Church, Register Office or Licensed Place imposing photography restrictions. I will strive to honour all photographs requested and agreed in advance, but cannot be responsible for weather disturbances although all efforts will be taken to provide the agreed coverage.

Copyright
Jeremy Eastaugh retains full, unlimited, world-wide copyright on all photographs supplied. The photographs are solely for personal display purposes. They may not be copied, published, reproduced, or stored on any electronic retrieval system without my express written permission.

Match to original. (Likeness to person/colour)
In accordance with the accepted practises of all professional photographers and photographic laboratories, the return of any technically acceptable photographs or prints or demands for refund or refusal to settle charges cannot be entertained on principle. No exception whatsoever can be made to this rule as I cannot be held responsible for individual tastes or expectations.

Liability
Care is taken at every stage of the photographic process, in the event of a camera failure, operator error, material failure, or process machine failure, I can accept no responsibility for any losses however incurred as a result of any such failure beyond a full refund of monies paid at that time.

Durability
All the photographs I supply are produced to the highest standards using the best quality materials and latest processing techniques. However, all colour photographs will, in time, fade. This is particularly true if they are left in bright sunlight and are not behind glass. I cannot accept any responsibility for this gradual image deterioration.

Returns
My Invoice will list all the pictures delivered using the image number as a reference. The pictures and any albums are presumed to have been received in good condition unless I am notified in writing of any discrepancy or error within 14 days of receipt. For orders that need to be returned please send to the address above with a letter containing all order details and the reason for returning the items. If a refund request is acceptable it will in any case be subject to an administration fee.

Reproduction
By accepting the Terms and Conditions you are allowing me to use the images I may make of you, your family and guests in my printed and electronic advertising.
