JEREMY EASTAUGH WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
A retainer of £250 will secure your booking. The balance of your account is due 2 months before the wedding date. I will meet with you again 4 weeks before your wedding. My attendance at your wedding is dependent on our having this pre-wedding meeting. I will write to you after the meeting to confirm the arrangements that we have made.
Booking payments are not refundable. In the highly unlikely event that I cancel I will refund all your payments in full. My liability for compensation in the event of negligent cancellation is limited to the monies paid by you to me at the time of cancellation.
I will retake a shot where we have seen a blink. Whilst it is impossible to guarantee to spot every blink, especially in group shots, technology does make it possible to 'open' eyes. I offer a 20% discount on the cost of such work. Each job needs to be quoted separately, charges start at £30.
I cannot be held responsible for lack of coverage caused by any member of the wedding party not being on time, or by Church, Register Office or Licensed Place imposing restrictions. I will strive to honour all photographs requested and agreed in advance, but cannot be responsible for weather disturbances although all efforts will be taken to provide the agreed coverage.
Jeremy Eastaugh retains full, unlimited, world-wide copyright on all photographs supplied. The photographs are solely for personal display purposes.
In accordance with the accepted practises of all professional photographers and photographic laboratories, the return of any technically acceptable photographs or prints or demands for refund or refusal to settle charges cannot be entertained on principle.
Care is taken at every stage of the photographic process, in the event of a camera failure, operator error, material or process machine failure, I can accept no responsibility for any losses however incurred as a result of any such failure beyond a full refund of monies paid at that time.
All the photographs I supply are produced to the highest standards using the best quality materials and latest processing techniques. However, all colour photographs will, in time, fade. This is particularly true if they are left in bright sunlight and are not behind glass. I cannot accept any responsibility for this gradual image deterioration.
I will choose images to display in your album. Good practice is to have between 5 and 6 images for each, but not every, double page spread. You will have the opportunity to suggest changes to the selection and/or layout. I will discuss your ideas with you and let you know whether they can be incorporated. The first set of changes will always be made completely free of charge.
I may need to make a charge for any changes requested subsequent the first edit. I will always give you prior notice of any charges and work will not proceed without your agreement.
Pictures and albums are presumed to have been received in good condition unless I am notified in writing of any discrepancy or error within 14 days of receipt. For orders that need to be returned please send to the address above with a letter containing all order details and the reason for returning the items. If a refund request is acceptable it will in any case be subject to an administration fee.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions you are allowing me to use the images I may make of you, your family and guests in my printed and electronic advertising.
